WHAT IT IS
RankMyRound is a simple live scoring web app for golf days, competitions and groups of friends. Add your players, enter scores as you go, and everyone sees the same leaderboard update across their devices.
There is nothing to download. It runs in your phone browser and is designed to stay out of the way while you play.
HOW IT WORKS
Set up a round, add your players and share it with the group. Each player can enter scores from their own phone, with the leaderboard updating as the round unfolds. You can share a view-only link for those who missed out and still want to be a part of the day.
It works just as well for a few friends as it does for a larger golf day, with options for custom branding, logos and sponsor placements if needed.
WHY IT EXISTS
RankMyRound started with a fairly simple idea: scoring a golf day with friends should be easy and look good.
No waiting until the end to see who's winning. No complicated tournament software.
COURSES
RankMyRound is free to use. If your course isn't listed, send it through and I'll add it. Usually a photo of the scorecard is all I need, as long as it shows the course name, tees, pars and stroke indexes.
If you're running a golf day and want your own logos, sponsors or branding added, get in touch. A small fee may apply for custom setups.
WHO MAKES IT
RankMyRound is built and run by Ryan Kothe. It was originally made for friends and small groups, and continues to be developed around the way people use it on the course.
